About ZIVS
The Zambia Institute of Valuation Surveyors (ZIVS) is the sole regulatory authority for valuation and property professionals. Established under Act No. 9 of 2023, we set rigorous standards for property valuers, managers, administrators, and facilities professionals.
Mandate: Register professionals, issue licenses, enforce ethics, monitor compliance and promote excellence.
